Our long standing experience in real estate construction enables us, first of all to carry out a detailed calculation of the project, in which all the material used and their relative costs are described, based on national, regional and local price lists. This is then divided according to each individual activity and adapted to the specific requests and demands of the client. Besides that, our experience results necessary for the definition and prior analysis to all the different phases carried out in our construction.

Such detailed study permits us therefore to:

• Know in advance the cost of all the individual phases of construction to determine, with notable accuracy, the total amount of investment; 

• Plan the movement of the construction up to the smallest detail which in turn avoids any potential errors which could cause delays and increase the cost of construction; 

• Make simple, clear and quick the process for the choice of the supplier, supplying all the information necessary for the construction of the project, divided into individual activities based on the request of the clients. 

Realization of the Constructions

We carry out the definite construction of all the phases, the activity and methodology of work, with respect to the specifications, put together with exact calculations, supplied as an estimate to our clients, after which we proceed with the construction of the project with our expert craftsmen. A work supervisor is constantly present, testing and checking work carried out, after which he constantly writes a report of work done, allowing the clients to monitor the project step by step in real time.
