• Wooden window frames of the best quality with double paned glass and external wooden shutters;  
• Solid wooden doors;  
• Armored front doors;  
• Heating and air conditioning systems of the best brands;  
• Floors of the parquet variety or in fired brick of the highest quality;  
• Kitchen and bathroom tiles of the best quality;  
• Internal and external plaster coated with slacked lime from premixed cement of the highest quality ;  
• Internal walls painted with washable paint and external walls with quicklime;  
• Eaves in copper;  
• Gates and fences in wrought iron;
