The Bellucci Construction Group was born in 1965,an idea from Antonino Bellucci who was 20 at that time. After graduating from university with a degree in chemistry, Antonino worked in the building sector with his family's business who had been in this industry for years. The first high level housing constructions, completely managed and run by Antonino, were built in the Appio Claudio district of Rome towards the end of the 70's. From then onwards the constant search for new building spaces and living ideas lead Antonino to build some villas in Grottaferrata(RM),anticipating the construction time with respect to the development of the housing project in the Castelli Romani area. Following that, Antonino built a complex on the Via Flaminia, for which he received the "Ercole d'oro",a prestigious award for buildings. Towards the 90's,his oldest son Riccardo decided to join him in the business just after finishing high school as a surveyor. Together they built some villas on the Rocca di Papa and a complex of villas and apartments on the Via Salaria. In 2000, his other son Federico joined the family business with a degree in engineering. From then onwards, the group re-inforced by a new powerful synergy, has continued to work together to guarantee their valued clientele quality, security, comfort and innovation.
